Quality

Quality is the essence of everything we do.

Our commitment to delivering superior products is embedded in every stage of our manufacturing process, ensuring that each item meets the highest standards of excellence.

Quality philosophy

Built into design, production and compliance.

  • Innovation in design and production

We work closely with designers to create products that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal. Our R&D efforts focus on developing new materials and technologies that enhance product performance and longevity, keeping us at the forefront of industry trends.

  • Compliance with international standards

Our products comply with international standards, meeting the regulatory requirements and quality expectations of global markets. In addition to ISO certifications, we adhere to industry-specific standards that validate the quality and safety of our products.

  • Rigorous quality control

Each product undergoes multiple stages of quality checks to detect and rectify any defects before it reaches the customer, and is subjected to performance tests such as abrasion resistance, colourfastness and functional testing.

Quality progression

Quality is checked at every stage, not just the end.

Quality checks are built into the flow of production: incoming materials are inspected, production is monitored as it happens, and every finished garment is inspected and tested.

  1. Step 01

    Material selection

Incoming fabrics and components are inspected before they enter production.

  2. Step 02

    Design & prototyping

CAD designs, samples and iterations confirm form, fit and function first.

  3. Step 03

    Production

Cutting and sewing by skilled operators, following standardised procedures.

  4. Step 04

    In-process inspection

Production is monitored at each stage so issues are caught and corrected early.

  5. Step 05

    Final quality assurance

Finished garments are inspected and performance-tested before dispatch.

Testing procedures

What we test, and why.

Our testing programme covers materials, performance, safety and function, using automated machines for precise measurement of fabric properties.

  • Material testing

    • Fabric durability: abrasion resistance tests simulate wear and tear to ensure fabrics withstand regular use.
    • Colourfastness: exposure to light, water and rubbing to ensure dyes do not bleed or fade.
    • Shrinkage and stretch: measured so garments retain their shape and size after washing and wearing.
  • Performance testing

    • Moisture management: sportswear fabrics are tested for moisture-wicking to transfer sweat away from the body.
    • Breathability: materials are measured for air circulation, critical for comfort in athletic and casual wear.
    • Thermal insulation: safety wear and cold-weather apparel are tested for adequate warmth and protection.
  • Safety testing

    • Impact resistance: safety wear and gloves are evaluated for their ability to absorb and dissipate energy.
    • Cut resistance: materials used in safety wear and gloves are assessed for protection against sharp objects.
    • Flame resistance: fire-resistant clothing is tested so materials do not ignite or burn easily.
  • Functional testing

    • Fit and comfort: wear trials and fit tests ensure a comfortable fit and ease of movement.
    • Closure and fastening strength: zippers and fastenings are evaluated for durability across the product's life.
    • Automated testing machines: precise measurement of tensile strength, elongation and tearing resistance.

Assurance

Products are subjected to performance tests to ensure they meet or exceed international standards before they reach the customer.
